NightLase® Sleep Apnea Treatment

Snoring and sleep apnea are two common sleep-related problems that affect millions of people across the globe.

Snoring may not cause immediate health concerns, but it may impact the quality of sleep for you and your loved ones. Lack of quality sleep can affect everything from your overall health to your daily productivity.

Sleep apnea is a serious sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts.

If left untreated, it may lead to severe health complications, including death.

NightLase® is an innovative FDA-approved laser treatment that offers excellent results in relieving sleep apnea.

It is a non-surgical, non-invasive laser therapy that considerably enhances the quality of sleep for people experiencing constant snoring and sleep apnea, providing them with long-term relief.

What Happens During NightLase® Procedure?

For the procedure, our lead aesthetic physician, Dr. Haritha Mikkilineni (Dr. Mikki), uses non-surgical medical lasers that are targeted toward the tissues at the back of your throat.

Optimized laser pulses safely and effectively penetrate the deepest tissues and provide heat to tighten and tone the posterior palatal tissue.

NightLase® stimulates the contraction of mucosal collagen in the oral mucosa tissue resulting in the expansion of the airway, helping you to breathe better.

This is a clinically proven technique that reduces snoring and also decreases the risk of sleep apnea.

The treatment is completed in four separate sessions over a period of eight weeks. Depending on the severity of the condition, our team may offer additional NightLase® sessions if required.
