Every community we serve
Medrein has one clinic, in Southlake, TX, not a branch in every suburb. This page is for everyone reaching that single address from somewhere else in the metroplex, whether that means a short drive from the next town over or a longer one from Dallas or further out. The seven communities below each have their own page with the route from that side of town, the local landmarks along the way, and what tends to fit a visit from there.
Colleyville
Southlake’s neighbor to the south, a short drive down Colleyville Boulevard (SH-26) with no tollway needed.
Flower Mound
Across Grapevine Lake to the north, reached around the east end of the water on Long Prairie Road (FM 2499) through Grapevine.
Fort Worth
The metroplex’s other anchor city, reached west on SH-114, which runs there by way of I-35W and Westlake.
Grapevine
Shares the south shore of Lake Grapevine with Southlake, between here and DFW Airport, on SH-114 or SH-121.
Keller
Southwest of Southlake along Davis Boulevard (FM 1938), the same road that continues north into town.
Trophy Club
West on the SH-114 corridor past Westlake, on the Lake Grapevine shoreline shared with Southlake.
Westlake
The clinic’s closest neighbor, directly west along SH-114, often a drive of only a few minutes.
Getting here from across the metroplex
DFW International Airport sits about 10 miles east of the clinic, close enough that a patient flying in can reach the Southlake address in roughly 15 to 20 minutes. SH-114 leaves the airport on its north side and runs directly into Southlake, so there is no need to route through downtown Dallas or downtown Fort Worth to get here.
From downtown Dallas, the usual route heads northwest through Irving on SH-114, the John W. Carpenter Freeway, which runs along the north side of the airport and straight into Southlake. It is roughly 25 miles, typically 35 to 45 minutes in light traffic and longer during the evening commute, since the route crosses some of the busiest interchanges in the metroplex.
Coming from Fort Worth or anywhere south on I-35W, SH-114 is the road to aim for. Pick it up off I-35W north of the city, or by way of SH-170 from the Alliance area, and it reaches the clinic through Roanoke and Westlake.
Most routes into Southlake end the same way: SH-114 is usually the last road you are on before the clinic, whether you picked it up in Irving, at the airport, or off I-35W coming from Fort Worth. If a mapping app routes you a different way, SH-114 into Southlake is still the simplest one to ask for by name.
One physician, one clinic in Southlake
Medrein has a single address, and the physician who consults with you is the one who treats you. The full story is on our about page and the Southlake med spa page.

Planning a first visit from further out
A first visit here is always a consultation first. Dr. Mikki reviews your goals, your skin, or your labs, and your medical history before recommending anything, so a patient driving in from Dallas or flying into DFW should plan on a conversation at that first appointment, not a procedure booked sight unseen.
Bring your current medications, and for a hormone or weight-loss consultation, any recent labs you already have. If you are making one trip specifically for this, ask the front desk when you book whether a shorter treatment, such as a neurotoxin visit or a HydraFacial, could follow the consultation the same day. A laser series, a thread lift, or a hormone or weight-loss protocol is built around follow-up visits, so plan on returning for those.
If you are combining the visit with other plans in the metroplex, it helps to say so when you book: a consultation booked for the first appointment of the day leaves the rest of your schedule open, and a consultation booked later in the afternoon gives you the morning free for the drive in. Candidacy for any treatment is confirmed at the consultation itself, and individual results vary.
The clinic is open Mon–Fri 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM, at 420 N Kimball Ave, Suite 140, Southlake, TX 76092. Call (214) 702-5225 if you are timing a flight or a long drive around your appointment.
DFW patients on choosing one physician
These reflect common patient sentiment rather than verbatim quotes, and individual results vary.
I compared clinics all over the metroplex before I drove out to Southlake, because I wanted an actual physician planning my treatment. Dr. Mikki walked me through the options and talked me out of one of them. Results may vary, but the honesty is why I keep making the trip.
Worth the drive across the metroplex to see a board-certified MD who runs the lasers herself, not whoever is on shift.
Metroplex FAQs for out-of-town patients
How far is the drive from downtown Dallas?
The drive is about 25 miles, typically 35 to 45 minutes outside rush hour, heading northwest through Irving on SH-114 and along the north side of the airport into Southlake. Allow more time during the weekday evening commute, since the route crosses some of the busiest interchanges in the metroplex.
Is the clinic close to DFW International Airport?
Yes. The airport sits about 10 miles east of the clinic, roughly 15 to 20 minutes by way of SH-114, which leaves the airport on its north side and runs directly into Southlake.
Can I combine a consultation and a treatment in one trip if I am flying or driving in from out of town?
Sometimes, for shorter appointments such as a neurotoxin visit or a HydraFacial, if a consultation slot is open earlier the same day. Treatments built around a series, such as a laser resurfacing course or a weight-loss protocol, are planned across more than one visit. Mention your travel plans when you book and the front desk will help you plan around them.
Which page covers my part of the metroplex?
Southlake is the clinic’s own page. Colleyville, Flower Mound, Fort Worth, Grapevine, Keller, Trophy Club, and Westlake each have a page with the route from that side of town, the closest neighborhoods, and the local landmarks along the way. If your town is not on that list, the roads in the getting-here section above still apply; you are simply coming from a bit further out.
How do I book an appointment?
Book online or call (214) 702-5225. No referral is needed.
