Westlake is one of the smallest towns in the area, a little over 2,000 residents spread across ZIP 76262, sitting directly west of Southlake along TX-114. Most of its land is not residential at all: the 2,500-acre Circle T Ranch development carries Charles Schwab's corporate headquarters campus, Deloitte University, and Fidelity Investments offices, plus a private nine-hole golf course and about 230 acres of parkland, and the Solana business park, a 233-acre office campus along Solana Blvd, sits close enough to the Southlake line that its own address, 1500 Solana Blvd, doubles as Westlake's town hall.
The neighborhoods are small by design. Vaquero, a guard-gated golf community of roughly 300 homes built around its own course. Entrada, the 85-acre mixed-use village at the SH-114 and Davis Boulevard corner, is newer: its streets hold Westlake Academy (the town's charter school), a Hyatt Place hotel, and a short run of shops that includes a Starbucks and a CVS. Between the corporate campuses, the golf course gates, and Entrada's still-growing blocks, there is not much of a traditional main street, and most of what residents and employees need sits inside one of those three pockets.
The clinic sits almost directly east on TX-114, and the whole town is close by Metroplex standards. From the Solana business park or Entrada, that is about 10 minutes to the Kimball Ave exit; from Vaquero, plan closer to 15. Either route stays on TX-114 for most of the drive, so traffic at the Kimball Ave exit is the main variable.
